This site is dedicated to the work of YWAM Bolivia's Operation Restoration (focusing especially on the work done to bring hope to the street girls of Santa Cruz) - and on the Newfrontiers church plant that came about through the street kids ministry.

*Casa Alfa was the name of Operation Restoration's first home for street
girls (1994 - 2001). Our new home is called El Alfarero (The Potter)
and was opened in May 2004.
